For information only: Made by the Minister of Affordability and Utilities (M.O. 111/2024) on September 25, 2024 pursuant to section 99(b.1) of the Electric Utilities Act. 1 The Micro-generation Regulation (AR 27/2008) is amended by this Regulation. 2 Section 1(1)(a.1)(iii)(B) and (l.1) is amended by striking out "regulated rate provider" and substituting "rate of last resort provider". 3 This Regulation comes into force on the coming into force of section 2(6) of the Utilities Affordability Statutes Amendment Act, 2024.
