For information only: Made by the Minister of Affordability and Utilities (M.O. 112/2024) on September 25, 2024 pursuant to section 6(1) of the Regulated Rate Option Stability Act. 1 The Regulated Rate Option Stability Regulation (AR 28/2023) is amended by this Regulation. 2 The title of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted: RATE OF LAST RESORT STABILITY REGULATION 3 This Regulation comes into force on the coming into force of section 6 of the Utilities Affordability Statutes Amendment Act, 2024.
