Timetable for consideration: xx Bill

On 24 November 2023, the Residential Outdoor Education (Wales) Bill was introduced in the Senedd.

On 14 November 2023, the Business Committee agreed, in accordance with Standing Order 26.9, to refer the Bill to the Children, Young People and Education Committee to consider and report on the general principles.

On 21 November 2023, the Business Committee agreed, in accordance with Standing Order 26.7, a timetable for the Committee’s consideration of the general principles of the Bill and agreed that the Committee should report to the Senedd by 22 March 2024.

The Business Committee also agreed that Stage 2 proceedings should be completed by 24 May 2024, subject to the general principles of the Bill being agreed by the Senedd.
