Notice is given that on October 16, 2024, pursuant to paragraph 76.03(12)(b) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal continued its finding (expiry review RR-2023-007) made on February 15, 2019, in inquiry NQ-2018-003, concerning the dumping of carbon steel welded pipe originating in or exported from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Republic of the Philippines, the Republic of Türkiye (excluding those goods exported by Erbosan Erciyas Boru Sanayii ve Ticaret A.S.) and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The full description of the aforementioned goods and the excluded goods can be found in the Tribunal’s order.
