Schedule 0.3 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following items:   26. Cultivate cannabis in dwelling where child care other than in-home services is provided subsection 13.1 (1) 27. Propagate cannabis in dwelling where child care other than in-home services is provided subsection 13.1 (1) 28. Harvest cannabis in dwelling where child care other than in-home services is provided subsection 13.1 (1)   Commencement 2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 2 to the Enhancing Access to Justice Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.   Français
