For information only: Made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (O.C. 234/2024) on August 28, 2024 pursuant to sections 17 and 18 of the Government Organization Act. 1 The Designation and Transfer of Responsibility Regulation (AR 11/2023) is amended by this Regulation. 2 Section 1 is amended by adding the following after subsection (4): (5) The responsibility for that part of the public service associated with the parts of the appropriation transferred under subsection (6) is transferred to the President of Executive Council. (6) The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended balance of the portion of program 2.3, Industry Advocacy, related to the promotion of responsibly produced energy, of the 2024-25 Government appropriation for Energy and Minerals is transferred to the President of Executive Council.
